Nemesis is a Infra-red brown dwarf star, our Sun's binary twin, that's why it can't be seen unless you have a infra-red telescope

What if Nemesis was on a different orbital plain? It might come from above or below, with a long orbit that bring it closer to the ort cloud once every number of years.

I'm thinking it's a darker high mass Brown Dwarf out near the Oort Cloud. The question of where its orbital plane sits is the actual problem. Most planets would orbit close to the X/Z axis points, but if it orbited close to the Y axis point, we would never see or detect it.

NASA caught Nemesis, back in 2007, and has taken many photos of it. Yes, it is a Brown Dwarf, but it has 6 planets, and one dwarf planet we call Sedna. Planet 6, is the planet that crosses ... Nibiru.
