Vince’s best era was the attitude era and that’s cause he had multiple big personalities that wouldn’t let Vince step all over them.once guys like stone cold and rock were gone u could see the product start to go to shit. People forget stone cold straight walked out on wwe multiple times and Vince still let him back when stone cold was ready guys like Shawn Micheal’s had Vince by the balls. Triple h has been there since the 90’s when the company was struggling battling wcw he has been there for the highs and the lows and as a talent through those times he knows what works to keep the talent happy and healthy

Vince was just old school wrestling. He struggled with the new generation. Vince booking and producing at his peak had old school wrestlers so his style was normal to them. Hunter is one of them so he understands how hard it is to do what they do so it makes sense that he’s just more understanding for this generation of wrestlers.
