I really like the M600 and actually flew one yesterday. It flew and handled very-very well. It was beautiful inside and out and the Garmin avionics were marvelous. I just wish it has a wider body and slightly more headroom in the cockpit area. I felt cramped, even though I am average height, and my headset kept rubbing the headliner when I turned my head. Its in a tough spot of the market stickered at about $3 mil well equipped, but passengers will love the club seating and leg room even though the folks driving may not enjoy the same comforts.

I've always wondered what type of net worth is typical of an individual to get into a plane like an M500 or M600 (new or less than 5 years old). I'm referring to Individual aviation enthusiast buyers (as opposed to corporate-owned). What kind of worth is required for this to be a *comfortable* purchase. $8m? $10m? $15m net worth? Greater? Obviously the Total Cost of Ownership of a $2.5m plane goes well beyond the actual airplane when you add maintenance and hanger/insurance - I'm assuming $480-500/hr. Every circumstance is different, Liquidity of worth, etc. But fundamentally what are the finances of these owners? Thank you.

Very nice airplane. You will need some very deep pockets to afford one. Used 2002 Meridians are my price point LOL.

There are lots of positives that the M600 brings. The Garmin 3000 avionic system is the differentiator. Single piloting is greatly improved and simplified. Range, speed and ceiling are all very good. Price is almost $800, 000 better than the comparable TBM 900/930. Yet the useful total load of 2400lbs is not enough. For me the cabin height of 3.11' is too short.
