Crunchy Taco Salad - My COWBOY Loves!

Crunchy Taco Salad that my Cowboy Loves is a family favorite! My Mom made this during all my growing up years and now I make it for my family. Crunchy Taco Salad made with ground beef, corn, tomatoes and more will be a big hit at your dinner table! This dinner idea is a scrumptious meal your family will love!

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 can drained corn
1 can drained black beans
1 packet taco seasoning mix

lettuce
tomatoes
red onions
alvocado
Corn Chips or Dorritos
Cilantro
Black Olives
Sour Cream
fresh lime if desired
(Basicly whatever you would like on your salad)
We like it without dressing - but any dressing can be added if desired. Enjoy

Vicki I had misplaced my recipe for Taco salad for many years and just couldn’t remember what all went into making it. I checked it out on-line but those recipes were not the same as mine.
