1 lb ground beef
1 packet Goya con culantro y achiote seasoning
12 taco shells, broken into bite-size pieces
1 head Iceberg lettuce, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
4 avocados, seeded and chopped
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Taco sauce, optional
Makes 4 Servings
