I had what I thought was a minor concussion from a slip and fall on black ice on the sidewalk when I was young. I had enhanced smell. I could smell EVERYTHING. My boyfriend had gone out and had a hamburger hours before he stopped by. When he walked in the door it was like someone shoved a steak under my face. I said "I smell cooked meat" and couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from. It was crazy. We couldn't figure out what it was until he finally said he had a hamburger but it had been at least 3 hours. Just everything. It went on for years. I still am so sensitive to odors. Have had more concussions since then and was in a coma. Many things they just can't explain. Other things but better not to put on here.

A few days ago I had injúries to the face and head ! I next day lost sence of smell and taste completely but I also have a coughish and sneeze quiet a bit through the day!
Can you please tell me this is just a cold or something ? Although its weird cos ive not been ill for many years! I cant see a doctor cos here in ny country everything is complicated to get done andnthey have poor medical care etc.
