This is so annoying😭 My nose isn’t blocked but I can’t smell or taste. I don’t even want to eat because what’s the point. This is so frustrating. I’m 100% sure I have the virus but I don’t meet criteria for testing. I’ve been working for the past 6 days without even knowing this was a symptom. That’s just great isn’t it.

I can't smell anything, my nose isn't clogged but it burns everytime I breathe and i get migraines when i move my head alot. I think i might have the virus

I also suffer from this from 3 April now till today's date i am ok Alhamdulilah !! Take steam 2 times a day with cloves in water when it boil, drink warm water, smell vinger, eat small quantity of ginger and garlic, offer I also suffer from this I am in full tension but it gone !! ALHAMDULILAH

I had a slight cough for 2 days..then it went away. Then I would sneeze a lot.. then I couldn't smell anything for almost 6 days. I panicked after seeing this..what was weird is that my nose was only stuffy for 1 day smh.. after I took benadryl decongestant, its slowly coming back. Thank God!

No smell or taste for more than 10 days and cough, still no fever but feeling with no energy and dizzy at some point, eyesight blurred and I don't know now how long this will last, I'm in self isolation for 12 days, didn't get the test.

Try sitting in a hot steamed bath not necessarily inside the water. Have hot water on blast, apply vapor rub on chest and sit for Atleast 15-20minutes, should you start to feel faint open door to let cool air in and try again later
Do this everyday. Drink hot tea with ginger and lemon as well

Update: I lost my senses about 2 weeks ago...finally I am able to taste/smell about 50%. I started off using steroids prescribed by a doctor, but I’m finding a holistic approach is working more efficiently. I breathe in hot steam with ginger, lime/orange peels, and garlic for about 10 minutes daily. I also am taking zinc supplements. If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know!

To all of those who lost the smell and taste sense.Actually you got mild Corona Virus.I had all symptoms of Corona except problem in my breath . After fever and other symptoms, I got better and I lost both smell and taste sense.It's been 10 days that I've lost them.and I'm still waiting.

Update, it has been 18 days and I can just smell a little, but my taste sense hasn't come back yet.

Update, It's been 30 days and I can't smell or taste anything.I'm nervouse about it.

I've had this shit for 2-3 days now, I don't know if it's covid19... But it's horrible. It's not just about the taste of food. What makes it worse is that everything feels so unreal and numb.
