Nicely done, I don't really colour pick just go by eye from my swatches. Unless I'm having trouble matching up an area, like my brain is telling me something is lighter than what it is in my reference, then the eye dropper is useful for getting an accurate value.

I have the Colour picker App you mention in this video but there are areas that really confuse me when I use it. Perhaps I don't understand it well enough. I am in the process of learning to use coloured pencils. I am somewhat of a beginner. So far I have gleaned that it at the outset of drawing one must determine if the area is cool or warm( i.e. on a pet portrait) in order to lay down a base colour and from there you proceed to apply the chosen colours moving from lightest to darkest. However, the colours that the colour picker chooses is often opposite. Can you offer any advice on this. I like you swatches idea as I have made swatches of all my coloured pencils. perhaps that would work so much better. In any case I look forward to your suggestions. Thanks ❤❤

for the paint app. what do u do if u have apple and dont have paint...can u still use procreate instead of photoshop? just dont know how to use it that well still

I'm just starting to learn about colour, and find it confusing when you refer to a blue colour as "cobalt green". Can you please explain why it is such a strange term? I would really appreciate it very much.
