I finally got into the ryobi system - didn't want to add yet another battery type but the value on tools is pretty insane and they have a number of tools not available on another system.

might want to change the title as it is a little mis-leading

This is a battery adapter update, not a planer update

Is this a review on the RYOBI planner or RYOBI adapter

I use ryobi and Milwaukee tools as well. I know m18 has a gen 2 model that is an improvement over the 1st model. But the original ryobi @$99 outperformed Milwaukee and makita plus anyone else who had an 18g cordless brad nailer out 3-4 years ago and my barf green nailer is still going strong. I think every diyer/woodworker should have a few Ryobi batteries for the tools they don't use as much.
Thanks for sharing your experience.

Is this a review about an adaptor for a different battery rather than the plane?

Thanks for making it “Plane” to see. Shaving down boards can be a “Plane” in the but. Your channel is great. It’s on a whole different “Plane”. “Plane”and simple. 👍

Change the title, it’s all about the battery

Possibly the worst review on a tool that I ever seen

Thanks for the hint the Adaptor idea won’t work thanks a lot you just save us $ it must be the ryobi battery system for the clearance needed :)

One worst video I seen in awhile. Common sense will you what battery will work not or not. And you did a video on it.😂😂😂

Pronounced Ree-oh-bee... designed, distributed, and marketed by Techtronic Industries... also, makers of Milwaukee. TTI did a great job suckering you into buying both of their cordless tool platforms. Silly consumer... 🤦‍♂️
