If you one even one Ryobi tool, you absolutely need to see this video. I didn't even know that these existed until a subscriber left me a comment about them, so now I'm sharing it with you.

I've always wanted to cover and protect the battery compartment when I take the battery out. So I saved my heavy old black and yellow Ryobi batteries to use as a cover, for like my Ryobi weedeater to keep out dust and cobwebs. Once again Clint, you saved the day. Where would my life be without you.

as opposed to a piece of scrap nylon strap tied in a slip knot and a .25 carabiner, then you could hang it with the battray installed. whatever floats your canoe.

OK, I watched your post the other day, and dear Lord, I was on a mission to get this accessory. I went to the Home Depot website and needed to order them. They just arrived about 15 minutes ago, and WOW, they work great! Thank you so much for sharing the info; I could not be happier!

I already knew about these but still watched your vid because I enjoy your humor and presentation style, it's real naas like ;) I have extremely limited space, about a quarter of a one car garage, as my "shop" and I use these tool hangers on the metal shelf I have. It is the type of shelf that the uprights have holes the full length to allow the shelves to lock in anywhere. I use those holes on one upright to clip on six different Ryobi tools, like Christmas tree ornaments, lol. They have been great not only as space savers but I know exactly where they are when not in use, just check the Xmas tree :) Keep up the great work!

I got them at direct tools for $2.50 per unit :) Direct tools does 30-40% sales in store all the time but this was their bi-annual 50% sale. So they were $5 for (2). I bought (4) and wish I got 10. Glad I could pay it back a little Clint, you’ve given me such great recommendations over the last 2 years.

😁I have 8 of these. Some came with my flashlights, the others I purchased about 20 years ago. They've been hanging on the peg board for the caulk gun, saws, sanders etc. Glad you found them!

I got a peg board little awhile ago to help organize my tools, and while it's been great for my hand tools, it's been difficult to find good ways to use it to store any of my power tools.

This would be PERFECT!!

It'd only work for my battery powered Ryobi tools, but thats still several tools I can take off the shelf and hang instead!!

Great find!

Been using these for three years. Thought everyone already knew about these. Pro tip. Get a bakers shelf (metal wire shelves) and hang your tools from the top shelf. Wish I could show a picture but it works great.

MATE, I am in Australia and I had no idea. We don’t have Home Depot but we have Bunnings and I have found them in my local Bunnings. They are $16 with taxes. I have bought them also, as a way of keeping dust out

I'm happy for you.
You know what they say, it's only new if you've never seen it before.
I've had a couple of those since 2008. Came in a kit I bought with a recip saw and drill.

Had these for years. Been hanging up my tools for a long time. No room in the toolbox so started hanging them up. Nice to see Ryobi re released these things. I was running low, only had two left open.

Damn!! You have brought the word of Ryobi to the unsaved masses!! This video just made my day and it's only 4:30 in the morning. The rest of my day I'll be walking 6 inches off the ground on my way to Home Depot.
