WFR VS Taco Bell... who wins this round?!!

French fry seasoning:
1 table spoon chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cornstarch

I think you over did the season powder, my thoughts are...

taco bell taco powder
salt
pepper
chilli powder
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder
and some brown sugar for crisp and sweetness.

that and you might try standard cut seasoned fries, not regular. and TB uses shredded taco cheese as well as nacho cheese.

I work at TB so it's weird seeing things made on the stovetop and things added in the 'wrong order'. Great work though obviously it looks amazing!

Wow looks much better! Im jelly haha! Ill be shopping in the next week or 2 for Also use a metal whisk to do ur meat gives it the perfect texture while cooking, i use it every time i make tacos/nachos

I know this was a year ago but can you tell me what makes TB nacho fries have the sort of sweet tang they have? I didn't see you add anything sweet so I'm wondering if there was something else in there that is tricking my taste buds into thinking it's sweet (like idk what cumin is). Dying to be able to have these year round, its honestly the ONLY thing at taco bell that doesn't make me throw up (literally, I get sick every time I eat there....except these fries).
