I’m not even going to lie McDonald’s does the same thing we’re the maintenance man changes the oil once a week with brand new oil but just filters it most of the week so the oil look like that in any fast food restaurant people, sometimes the maintenance man on vacation and the oil gets smoky and that’s when it’s just really nasty
