OH how I've missed the diy videos!!! I just tried Taco Bell's new crispy chicken soft taco and it was soooo good, would love to see a diy on that, because you know they'll take it from us just the way they do with the fries lol. Btw I've been wanting a diy on how to make the nacho fries because I miss them so thank you for this!!! Another one I'd love to see is Arby's white cheddar mac and cheese 🙂

Nacho Fries at Taco Bell are like friends, they just come and go. This video is like a family member who is always there for you. Here is a tip to reuse the potato skins that readers of this comment might learn from. This tip is from a restaurant grade cookware manufacturer in France. You will need the skins from 4 potatoes. Save the cut skins from 2 potatoes and with ⅓ cup vegetable oil, plus ⅔ cup salt, use this mixture to season a carbon steel or cast iron wok, crepe pan, or skillet on medium heat for 15 minutes to season the pan. Discard the skins and oil mixture. Wipe off any excess oil with paper towels. Repeat. The pan will get darker in color, which is the forming of a natural non stick surface. After each use of cooking with your seasoned pan, hand wash only with hot water and mild dish washing soap. Rinse thoroughly, and place in the oven or wipe dry until no water remains to prevent rusting. Great way to use the cut potatoes skins!
