How to use INDIRECT formula in excel to automatically change worksheet name without MACRO and VBA?

Here is an easy trick in Ms-EXCEL to populate the sheet name automatically. Once you have this formula, you can keep adding more sheets to the workbook without worrying about the hassle of referring it back and forth.
The formula used here is INDIRECT.
