The Cybersecurity Education, Research and Outreach Center (CEROC) at Tennessee Tech integrates university-wide activities in cybersecurity education, research, and outreach, the emphasis of which makes it distinctive. One of CEROC’s pride is the Cyber (Eagles’) Range, a virtual learning infrastructure that supports our mission. The range was established with funding from multiple sources including NSF and DoD without any commercial support. In this talk, we will share how the Range was developed from the ground-up with an in-house “dynamic environment creation platform”, which makes it affordable and feasible for a setting where the only thing that is constant, is change.
