This is actually on point, even tho I've released this earlier myself.
Power Poses should come naturally, and everyone should be comfortable in his own skin no matter what pose he's taking.
Confidence is artificial after all.

I agree with what you said. Power poses can modify the chemical balance in our brain but we become self conscious. Furthermore, confidence is not all about chemistry, it's also thoughts and beliefs, focus, and the body language we use help us to a certain degree so that others can perceive us differently, but that doesn't help if you don't work on yourself.

Makes sense. Explains why even though texting makes us feel much more confident. When texting, you are curious about the content of conversation, because it leaves almost no room to guess what they might feel about us, thus making you less selfconscious and be more yourself. Cool vid

Hi David, I'm enjoying your YouTube videos so much. I'm wondering if you have anything more recent due to COVID and how this has changed our social interacting? I'd be very interested in your content regarding this. I'm finding this to be a challenging time socially speaking. Have you experienced any social challenges yourself?
Thank you

Oh yes David, I do have one other question? Do you think that women or men who are strikingly attractive, have any different challenges to overcome? If so, what are your thoughts on that. Thank you again Sheria

What if, for you, the so-called power pose isn't a power pose at all, but just your neutral stance? I've always naturally put my hands on my hips, it feels like the most comfortable and natural place to rest my hands. In fact, I thought it was weird when someone suggested to me that I look intimidating standing with my hands on my hips all the time, combined with me being a 5 foot 9 inches tall woman. It's so weird because I always thought of myself as the most harmless looking person ever and my hands on hips stance as just a normal thing that I do.
