To just reset wifi, you hold the green rectangular button for about 6 seconds until the green light is off. The green light itself is for wifi connectivity. If off what means that means wifi is no longer connected. And you do the setup again. No need to fully reset.

MyQ app would not connect to internet until I used your reset, then setting up myQ worked fine. I think my problem started when I upgraded my router/modem (for faster speed), then the myQ app stop working and could not be reset (learn) to the garage door opener. Thanks for the tip.
