Oh wow I have never heard of Matcha until this video. Thanks for the info, I’m heading to read more about it. I have such low energy everyday and I’m so tired of feeling this way. My skin is horrible! Horrible I tell you 😂 I watched your video about not washing your face daily. Please excuse my ignorance... but does that mean not washing with products or not washing with water at all? I’m so embarrassed to ask 😂😂
