My doctor said I needed to lose 50lbs, and I hit a plateau because I was having some trouble with my high appetite and slow metabolism from Hashimoto's Disease. Fortunately, one of my best friends is a nutritionist, so, I asked her what she would recommend for natural appetite suppression and boosting my metabolism. She recommended drinking a cup of matcha daily with a high-protein diet. Now, I'm burning through 2lbs of pure fat per week, and I have lost a total of 22lbs since January 1st, 2019. This stuff really works!

Japanese people especially the older generation still practice drinking either matcha tea or green tea ( loose leaves) . Their country has more centurions compared to other countries. Many Japanese people attribute their good health, low obesity rates and longevity to drinking green tea and healthy Japanese diet.

Sorry but Asian and especially Japanese have been drink matcha green tea every day and they live the longest and are considered some of the healthiest people alive. I've been drinking matcha green tea every morning for over 20 years. So its not a buzz.

So great! Love getting into matcha tea, love that their is no down crash in it. I would personally recommend at least trying it for a week as an alternative to coffee or caffeine pills.

There is nothing wrong being not Japanese and drinking matcha but when you get a bunch of people together for a day time TV show to try and talk about the matcha "trend" while putting on an over the top act on as if this hasn't been around for over 900 years it comes across as demeaning.

I love it. The green foam on top. The slightly bitter and sweet taste. The kick it gives immediately.
Though it’s hard to find quality matcha I have succeeded to find it and now I am happy to drink it everyday.
Never use hot boiling water, boil the water but wait just two minutes before using it for your matcha.

Not for pregnant or nursing women? It’s soo low in caffeine. You could drink like 5 cups of matcha a day and still be within the 200mg recommended limit for caffeine for pregnant and nursing women. Wtf?
I’m currently pregnant and work at a coffee shop. I have typically 2-3 shots of espresso throughout the day. A little matcha isn’t gonna hurt. Come on...

In Japan you can get any matcha tea, latte in coffee shops Starbucks, Tullys, or other local stores, no need to mention there are variety of sweets, ice creams or cakes, of course if you have to much sugar will offset the antioxidant benefits of this green tea .. avoid sugar in take.😅

I have very little tolerance to caffeine so I can't really drink coffee and I hate how it tastes. Since I discovered matcha omg I love it, I mix it with almond milk and some honey and it makes me feel awake without the jitters or anxiety that coffee gives me. I also don't crash. As a college student that also works (no I do not pull all-nighters cause they don't work lol), this is the best thing ever. I don't drink it always, only when I have to study more than usual. Aaaaand I stopped buying the Starbucks matcha, it's too sugary and overpriced since I can make my own at home 😋
