4 1/2 years is way too soon for a radiator to start leaking

I installed mine in 2019. Ran it for 20, 000 miles and it still looks fantastic. I just bought one for my 67 c10 that I’m installing tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about your radiator Ed. I once made a short video of a product to share with the manufacturer. They promptly asked me to take the video down, and made everything right, and then some. I hope Champion will fix this issue for you.

How is that Summitt Racing radiator holding up today and are Champion radiators made in the USA?

I got a Champion radiator in my 92 Z28 and it's starting to do the same thing and it's only been in the car for about 2 1/2 years.

Just curious... Did you talk to Champion about warranty replacement? I understand that it wasn't installed by a certified mechanic and you can't prove the type of coolant you had in it, but often if I talk to the manufacturer in similar circumstances, they will still replace it or at least provide a discount on the replacement. I'm not saying they would, just curious if you talked to them before making the video.
