I've got the achievement where you must destroy a colossus while it's charging to destroy a planet. It seem few have this. I've got it without having apocalypse dlc thanks to the fallen empire 😂

In ironman the save is still local, so you can copy it and replace later saves with it which acts like a load feature

I always play on ironman mode, one must imagine Sisyphus happy

The world war one i did in like an hour, if you start a new game and save you can look at the save data in notepad to see if earth spawned, is inhabited, and is in the right time period. Then check its coordinates and bee-line to it. Took me an hour and 20 new games.

As a former trophy hunter I can say with that any game with luck base achievements are an absolute pain in the ass and I hate them. I can only imagine the pain you are in trying to get all the achievements on Stellaris with so many of them.

I have 3/4 of all achivemnts and I can confirm that getting some of them just happens by accident while others want me to go commit save file deletion.

I have a lot of the rng achievements and I have been playing only stellaris Ironman for years
It is not worth the sacrifice

Already done it mate. Got up to toxic gods dlc, I haven't done any since then. Literally took me about a year. I ended up having edit flags in the save file to complete quite a few. Good luck.

using some of the game settings before starting a match, you can get some o them to weigh more strongly to happen, like getting brainslugs and then going to war with earth. but yeah a lot of other luck based ones. my advice, find chains of achievements. if you get the galatron, lose it to someone in a war and then get it back later to get both.

it took me forever to finally get the galatron so i wasnt gonna waste the opportunity to get everything related to it.
