Almost there is a advancement where you have to go through 1 billion portals in the inf snapshot. It will take about 130 years to complete.

The thing is “how did we get here” requires you to have all the status effects AT ONCE, but all the other ones you can finish over a long period of time.

I don't think "Two By Two" Achievement is harder than "How did we get here?" because you need to fish a shulker to overworld. Bait a Dolphins into your base and make every potion that is craftable. And it has time limits which mean if you fail even 1 effect you need to redo EVERYTHING. and "Two By Two" achievement has no time limits and can be done anytime.

With the addition of the Warden’s effect, How did we get here is easily the hardest.

To be honest I actually got the adventuring time achievement by total accident and I didn’t even know that achievement was in the game until I got it

They should add “Thirsty” which would be to drink every possible drink. For example, potions including awkward potion and thick potion, milk, and water bottle

I’m actually doing “A Balanced Diet” right now in 1.19, and it’s probably a bit easier now that Notch apples can be found more commonly in ancient cities.

The hardest achievment ever is "Almost there", it takes 126 years to complete(if you know you know)

Some other hard advancements in no order:
1. Subspace Bubble: Use the Nether to travel 7 km in the Overworld
2. Uneasy Alliance: Bring a ghast to the Overworld. and then kill it
3. A Furious Cocktail: Have every *_potion_* effect applied at the same time
4. Very Very Frightening: Strike a Villager with lightning. This is hard because 1: you have to get a trident, 2: you have to wait for it to thunderstorm
5. Monsters Hunted: Kill one of every hostile monster

Speedrunners achieve all of these 3 before "how did we get here?" while setting up to it

Saying that most players accidentally complete this achievement shows how easy it is. You can’t accidentally get every status effect.

"Two by two" is super easy, the only problem is with foxes that keep running away, while for the other two you simply need to remember which biome/food you've already visited/eaten
