psychological test - what cause you stress

The stress test I most often perform on my clients is called Stress Scale aka Social Readjustment Rating Scale. Has anyone of you tried it yet? I love how accurate it is. It’s an eye opener!

I left out statue because i am tired of being hurt. My family is included in hurting me because they make me feel alone. My relationships are horrible because people betrayed me my whole life. I never feel loved ever. My own mother said she didn't want another child (she was talking about me). My life has been a total wreck and it hurts my heart so bad that i feel like life would better without me. I don't know how much my heart can take with it being treated like this. I don't have anyone that could keep my sanity down. I need to escape from this pain now before i do something that i would regret. I need someone to save me from this hurt. I feel myself giving up.

i find everything stressful...
all i want is to be alone...isolated.. no physical contact with anyone... and then a really nice apartment overlooking the city and my dream $45, 000 Ultimate PC setup with an internet speed of 1000 down and at least 100 - 200 up and then live there for the rest of my life ordering my groceries online and buying pc upgrades with they come out... thats all i ask... for a perfect life...

I couldnt choose.. Nothing about any of those things could stress me except for maybe people with camera's, but I believe stress only happens if you dont take control over things. Everyone hates stress, because its actually the feeling you are not in control. I cant control the world but I can control wether I let the world and all its people stress me out or not.
