When I’m asked about my favorite Mexican dish, my answer always is Chilaquiles. 😍 It was literally love at the first bite. The crunchy tortilla chips topped with a deliciously spicy salsa, a creamy cheese on top and loads of cilantro. This is how I fell in love with Mexico. And I’ve been proudly spreading the word of Chilaquiles ever since.. 😅✌️

You made those chips to a crispy perfection. Chilaquiles are delicious. I love them with a lot of sauce (but not soaked) and extra onions and cilantro. So good.
