JLM Diesel DPF Cleaning Spray, How to use JLM Diesel Particulate Filter cleaner

JLM Diesel DPF Cleaner Spray J02220 is a spray that comes in a handy aerosol can and contains a high concentration of active ingredients to clean and dissolve dirt. JLM Diesel DPF Cleaning Spray cleans and regenerates dirty and blocked diesel particulate filters by reducing the combustion temperature of particulate, which means that it combusts earlier and faster at a lower engine temperature. JLM Diesel DPF Spray can be used in all old and new diesel engines in all vehicles with a particulate filter.

The contents of one can of JLM J02220 are sufficient to treat one particulate filter. JLM Diesel DPF Spray is non-flammable, contains no ash or metal and evaporates without leaving any residue. In the case of stubborn dirt, we recommend that the engine and the particulate filter are cleaned using the J02230/J02250 JLM DPF Cleaning Kit.

1. After letting the car clear itself (I have a monitor to know when it is self-cleaning), re-inject and then manually start the self-cleaning again.
2. Before self-cleaning, inject and run at high speed to let him clear himself.

Would this be effective spraying into my CAT to clean the dpf?

My catalytic converter is before my dpf and I’ve removed the o2 sensor there recently. I’ve tried removing the temp sensor on the dpf and it’s seized right. Could I spray the cleaner into the cat which is directly above and before the dpf?

Can this be spayed into the injector hole on the dpf filter does it matter as they are at the same point just I can't undo the temperature sensor it's stuck even garage couldn't do it .

DO NOT DO THIS.

This product is a fantastic way to destroy your SCR (Down stream of the DPF) and who knows what else in your fuel system. Your vehicle's built in regen system is perfectly capable of cleaning the DPF properly by burning off the carbon buildup. Also, running a regen cycle manually while parked is ill advised as the system is counting on airflow to manage the underhood and underbody temperatures that regen generates. The system is heating the DPF to over 900°F, very similar to an home oven's self cleaning mode. Without airflow that can damage surrounding components.
