10 min after doing a set of deadlifts for 50 reps with 385 I talk about how hard you should train how long you should rest between sets and when you know it's time to leave the gym and go home.

Man I wish Greg would go back to talking like this. It's hard to watch his newer videos now.

I´m confused, if i lose 10% of my strength in bench press for example, I´m done for chest for the day? or i continue to incline press and also lose 10% of my strength in that exercise, and then I´m done.

Only a 10% loss? Seems very low to me. When I train chest for example I can start out benching 100kg for 15 reps but by the end of the workout (8 or so sets) I'm struggling to get 15 reps with 60kg.
If I was to stop at a 10% strength decrease that would mean only doing 3 or 4 sets max which certainly isn't enough....I can do that in 15-20 minutes.

Amazing advice. Same logic as RP and Dr Mike Israetel on junk volume.

If I do 10 reps at 50 kg and then do 9 reps at 50kg for the next set is that a 10 percent decrease???

What do you do during the in-between-sets-rest? because I always find it can be difficult to just sit there for minutes on end, which causes me to jump into the next set maybe too soon sometimes

Is there any "feeling" you go for to tell when you are done? For example if I bench and after droping that 10% I can flex my muscles as hard as I can yet its still soft and "mushy". Ive questioned myself in if its still good to go on after this, its tough on my ego to say chest is done after doing 4 sets. Thank you

How can you tell when you have dropped 10 percent if you are doing different reps for each set

I’m still confused, Teach I’ve never been good in math. So what I got from this is that according to your other videos max sets I should do on chest easily 10 sets over all.

So on my first working set of the first exercise rep out 12 reps comfortable, then rest and rep out another 12 and only when it gets harder on the next set is when I’m working hard?

I’m confused, gyms open next week and I still don’t get how hard I’m suppose to hit it or how many sets I’m suppose to be doing per body part.

I saw an interesting concept advocated by Pavel Tsatsouline talking about how some Russians are able to exhibit brilliant longevity in weightlifting (you can search this at Joe Rogan experience videos). He said that you should never train to failure and leave a few reps in the bank. This is contradictory to the American gym culture, which is No pain, no gain. But when you experience pain, you're highly likely to get injured. Simply using common sense will help to avoid injuries.
