This helped a lot thanks Greg. I now understand why I was losing weight rapidly when dieting hard 2 months ago. I was eating from your Cook Book but had too strict '1 food portion' per meal, 10k steps a day. Or a exact schedule and Plan to lose weight and get to 7%. My cheat essentially was once I get to 7% I felt a little miserable, a little low energy and gave in. This truly helped me understand dieting and 'cheating' as a long term aspect of maintaining energy and WHEN and HOW to use a 'cheat' I'm 5'6 as-well but hope you reach 1 mill shortly. - Jae

Coach Greg needs to do updated versions of these videos now. I'm not a body builder. I'm just a man who wants to be healthy and jacked. But they really help me a lot.

I have 1 cheatmeal every 7th day.
It gives me motivation, fills up my muscle with new fresh energy which makes the training following week soooo much easier. My mood is more stabile, and for me i feel like my body gets a good kick out of it.
I usally dont eat more than 1000-1500 kcal on my cheatmeal.
