Hi guys, have you heard of dandelion tea or coffee?, well it is a special kind of tea that can aid weight loss, it is primarily made from roasted roots of dandelion plant. although dandelion is often considered a weed, it can help you lose weight due to some of its effects on the system like,
1, it's diuretic effects, dandelion is rich in potassium which makes it effective in increasing urine production which sheds water weight.
