Great stuff! any recommended workout routines that can substitute (to some extent) something like that & still train aerobic + anaerobic endurance? assuming no boulder wall available.

Thanks for this video, been looking to improve my endurance for a while. I don't have a home board but if i'm doing this at the gym and can't manage 5 min on the 45 degree spray wall, would you recommend I do less time, or choose a less steep wall in which I can hit the full 5 min?

5minutes on this steep wall is only for fit climbers... or you use only jugs.
