Like I said, I really didn't want to make this video. I also didn't want to spend so many hours of my time dealing with the fraudulent action of UPS.

This audio recording isn't altered in anyway, it's only had a small amount of trimming done to remove some long pauses in the conversation.

Hopefully this will be the last video like this I'll need to make. It should be as I will avoid using UPS at all costs for the rest of my life.

we call UPS "oops", they are the worst. Bummer you had to deal with this BS brother

You are correct. UPS has a responsibility to provide accurate documentation of all transactions at any time for auditing by state and federal agencies. Contact your Better Business Bureau or equivalent as well as the Corporate Office to file a complaint. Supervisors are in truth very low on the food chain and have no authority to waive fees. The follow up call, or lack of, is an entirely different level of unexceptional service.
