Public will not talk single word in other govt departments who take bribes but shouts on bank staff who are over burden by govt Targets and bank targets with less staff

No one knows who’s fault was there? Bank me ladai hogi to bank walo ki hi galti hogi?? Jaise public to ekdm sidhi sadhi hoti, bank employees ko kbh ulta sidha nh bolti, yh log jb RTO Office ya dusri sarkari sanstha me jate hai to ye tewar aur awaaz kha gayab ho jata?? Tewar to chod do bhai apne kaam ke desk k niche se yh log paise bh dete aur sir jhuka k sir sir krte hai😂 what an irony!!😅 Bank is the only govt organisation jha log abh bh service dete hai, bus isi baat ka fayda utha kar kuch customers sir pe chadh jate!! Shame on such people who are blaming bankers without knowing who’s fault is in this situation.

I feel that our expectations are very high from govt Bank, despite we know that government banks have obligations to serve each customers even his balance is zero. Just compare the same between govt hospital and private hospitals,

see, Being employee of bank, i can say, we dont usually provide poor service . at least in our branch, we do almost every work that we are able to. but sometimes customers used to fight with us, that why you cannot do this. for example, According to new circular, NEFT and RTGS Are limited to Home branch only, but customers now fighting with us why you cannot do NEFT and RTGS of non home branch.

Bad service? This is like “normal mode” for Indians.
The bad part is when they bring such standards and behaviors to overseas or when a western company moves a whole department like accounts, IT or HR to India and you need to deal with this standard of service. Good luck!!!

Most of the Issues are related to policy which is given by government or topmanage but all customers fight with counter staffs ....who dont have any power for taking any calls ....thank god i switch from government banks to MNC back office

Customer doesn’t know how to behave themselves these days. I one day visited SBI, the lady staff was working diligently line by line -omean and one wan each.Suddenly a man broke into the line.The customer behind started blaming the lady staff first serving him.

I didn’t understand It was not her work to look who is joing the line and who is cutting in.Its our responsibility to object if any third person come and direct them to join from the last.

We don’t even want to wait for even a minute.We are not ready to understand of the connection is working slow.

Now a days those WFH employees come takimg a break from their work amd tries to teach these bank staff how to work.

Indian mentality is sick.The think these people serving on counter os their servant.
