she didn’t even need to pat them down since the airport had a ‘no contact procedure’. it’s highly unprofessional, seeing her giggle while patting ni-ki down makes me so uncomfortable and she’s only making them take their masks down because of her colleagues taking videos of them. there was also one video wherein a staff member took a video of enha scanning their qr codes which contains personal data. this is the second time naia/miaa has done this and belift should take legal actions for this.
