Humans did build all these magnificent structures, back after both great deluges. The first deluge was when God separated land and water. The second deluge was during Noah's age. Both times would have created soft malleable sedimentary layers that could have easily been cut, carved into, smoothed, broken down into small manageable sizes transported long distances, rejoined into massive pieces, decorated with exquisite artwork, and had holes bored into them, which is exactly what we find.
