We've lived here in the Plano area for 11 years. We're never going to move And if we had to buy a home now I absolutely would not. What a total scam paying over ask. Anyone looking to buy a home now I would just say sit on the sidelines and wait because this is insanity

This wasn't very helpful because it basically said take whatever the builder dishes. They should not be able to enter a contract keep a customer on hold from buying another property and then cancel because they want more money from the customer.

Have a construction lawyer with you.

Hey my lawyer said should sign but need you to edit this part of the deal, my lawyer said it means you can cancel the build on me for absolutely no reason & that’s unsafe for me as a buyer.



Home-builders… okay so go find a different builder because we’re not changing our contract, just like every other builder is going to tell you.
