I am 16 and I emailed a big agent in my state and he gave me the opportunity to shadow for him. I’m very nervous and I find this video very helpful. I tried to watch your channel years ago. I want to let you know that I feel you should focus on one area of CRE.. it’s like you’re all over the place and it depends on what asset class for which you don’t give specific details. I would focus on one theme whether it’s multi family residential or storage etc. and become an expert in one area with very defined advice.
