So true. I use my work outs for physical fitness, mental fitness and eliminating stress. I’m older than most as you get older it becomes more and more important

I strongly agree with this. I swim 5-6 times a week with my club and it helps me so much physically and mentally. Being in water releases all of my stress and being around all my swimming friends helps me forget about all my worries.

Water based exercise of any kind, swimming is the best will reduce chances of Alzheimer’s and generally increase individual health according to a recent medical report learned to swim last year and work out 5 days a week now. Must say it is a lot of fun too.
