If we extract oil from any seed, the major portion of chunk will be protein only.
we not only focus on soya chunks, look into use our native seed chunks also.

omg this is the most valuable information I've received this year!! I ran to the kitchen and checked soya package label. I was going to buy a protein powder but i guess instead I'll eat a 90g soya pack everyday!! Thank you so much man!!

Soy chunks have high concentration of Phytates, tannins and prolectins. Making it harder for body to break down the proteins and most of it get's excreted. We need fermented soy products only like Tofu, tempeh and natto.

Not all packets of soya chunks are made from pure soya flour. There is a lot of mixing going on!

Yes, I have been eating 100g soya chunks daily for past two years. It really helped me to hit my daily protein goal, which literally transformed me😊

Soya can contain higher levels of aluminum due to the processing of soy protein isolate, specifically the acid wash step using aluminum tanks, according to The Ecologist. This process, used to remove fiber from soybeans, can lead to the absorption of aluminum into the final product. While soybeans naturally absorb some aluminum from the soil, the processing of soy protein isolates is the primary reason for elevated levels in some soy products.

Soya chunks, though a convenient protein source, are heavily processed, removing much of the natural fats and nutrients found in whole soybeans. Whole soybeans offer more balanced nutrition and are less altered, making them a healthier, more natural choice.

First check what chemicals are used to extract the oil from the crushed beans. I can assure you, you will be surprised!!

No doubt the soya beans have proteins left in them... but also with a residue of the chemicals.
