BFG KO3 Launch Sizes #KO3 #BFGKO3 #KO2

BF Goodrich has been a legend in the tire business. Recently they have announced the highly anticipated BFG KO3 All Terrain Tire is officially launched... in certain sizes. We were able to get our hands on some and start testing and we want to share the major changes, how they will affect performance VS the BFG KO2 and what we think will improve and what could possibly get worse. Will the BF Goodrich KO3 be the best new tire of 2024? Here are the details...

I had Falken AT3W on my Suburban for the past year. I did have BFG K02 which were really good up to about 50k miles and then wet traction was non existent . Yesterday I ordered BFG KM3 I have friends with a Jeep Wrangler, Toyota 4Runner and a Tahoe use KM3 and they love those tires

Turning 77k miles on a set of 295/60R20 KO2s. Mounted on a 2500 Ram diesel that does a lot of towing. Seriously impressed with the KO2s longevity…not sure if I’d see that again maybe I got a lucky set of tires.

Are they any better on their actual size vs.listed? In the past they have always been WAY smaller than what they said they were.

I won! 285/70 17 but I just put KO twos on there about a year ago and I have not traveled that many miles so there you have it.

Struggling to decide between 3 tires. BFG KO3 in 295/75r16, Falken AT4W in 285/75r16, and Mickey Thompson AT BB in 285/75r16. While the KO3 is technically the largest size on paper, BFG tends to run small. Paper Heights are 33.4, 33.1, and 33.1 respectively. Widths are 11.6, 11.6. and 11.7 respectively. I am curious which tire is physically the largest in the real world, and not on paper.. @OutdoorAuto, can you help answer that confidently? Thanks for all your efforts on tire videos!
