Great video. In my company, instead of asking a style guide specific questions, it will be much more useful to give it a draft document and have the copilot essentially proofread the text for compliance with the style guide. The folks I am training won’t know what they don’t know, so they’re less likely to ask about proper comma usage (for example). Similarly, we might ask the copilot to draft a document while ensuring compliance with the style guide. It would be awesome to see some examples of how to implement these concepts. Keep up the great work!

Could you load in the style guide into Copilot and then give it some unformatted references and then have it output the references in the correct style as detailed in the style guide? That would be much more useful than asking what the style would be, have it give you the definition of the style and then you have to run off into MS word and type it all out.

I find some websites it works for and others it just says "I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?"

Could just be coincidence but smaller companies it does this for but bigger companies e.g. Apple it does not.

Could there be something we need to plugin to the website to enable this?

I watched this a second time after watching the compare video. I have a use case. Honestly, I probably have a few, but I can come up with at least one private, one public, and one non-profit basis. I like the non-profit one the best, but the model of marketing doesn’t really matter.

I’m a House Dad and former IT professional. I’ve done some freelance projects through volunteerism and through private practice. How can I share with you one idea, and see if you like the copilot “library?” model. Do I need to make a YouTube video or something?

I can see that you are building your CP in a US environment. How do we know if our AU environment has all the features working? FYI, I have yet to be able to upload any files (Word, Excel or PDF) and have my specific content discoverable in the CP. I have waited hrs and even days for some processing. Thoughts?

I was disappointed with the experience. I referenced a website that had imbedded documents but it couldn't find basic responses like the submission deadline. I then uploaded one of the documents and it could answer basic questions but missed out on a lot e.g., e.g., ‘what is the submission deadline?. Bot said: I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing? And I get getting this response 'Escalating to a live agent is not currently configured for this bot, however this is where the bot could provide information about how to get in touch with someone another way. Is there anything else I can help you with?..
