Uncle Paul is under the influence, Hisense is top Notch... I've left Samsung for it and never looked back and their quality is unprecedented at their price range.

just find comparison of Samsung and Hisense and see it. I've also got their Fridge to show how much of the quality I'm getting for a fee bucks less than Samsung. He just needs to ask those that have them.

With the OS, Visual Studio cross compile, UWP SDK and CPU support. Why not supply Uwp ARM binaries? i think emulation is only their short term startegy to pull software vendors back in..
