Car Barely Dodges Attack In Kharkiv

Dramatic dashcam footage captured what appeared to be a mortar attack at an intersection in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on February 25.

UPDATE: Although dashcam footage shows the date February 25, 2021, the moderator of the Telegram channel that shared it says the video was sent by a Kharkiv resident on February 25. 2022, and geolocated to a crossroads in that city. We have verified the location.

Edit: the description of the video claims it was geolocated to the correct time and date - the date on the dashcam was apparently wrong. While this could also be false information, it's definitely plausible. But is it what they claim? Who knows.

Shelling civilians areas in This manner, whoever is doing it, is just plain wrong.

I’ve always seen mortars being fired in movies but never really seen when they come down, that’s actually terrifying, and this guy did a good job of getting out of that.
