I’m glad you covered this topic bc I have fears that give me anxiety I’m working on it but it’s actually driving out of my comfort zone Like driving a car back from Charlotte for my husbands business (2 hr trip one way) really tests me.... but I walk through it and follow through which is the most important thing I don’t know where this anxiety came from while driving but it’s there. What works for me is that I tell myself I’ve been driving for over 30 years! I also was prescribed a med for stage fright that I can take right before I drive and it all works out Love you gf!
