Point absorber Wave energy converter with Power Take off and latching control using CFD

Wavestar like point absorber wave energy converter with power take off and latching control using computational fluid dynamics. Latching duration is varied according to the position of the buoy. When the buoy is exposed, constant latching duration is fixed. When the buoy is submerged, the buoy is stalled until the pressure is maximized. It looks not great performance than I expected but it gave me lots of inspiration to investigate this project.
