I have never seen bolted lettuce! Nice! I think this is so much better than buying at the grocery store! I'm sure they are healthier also! Looks like it cleans the same as greens also.  Loved this! :)

Seems like you’re talking about enough information for two videos here: harvesting versus bolting. It might be helpful if you stated upfront what part of the country you’re in. I am in El Paso and I believe it’s too hot in June and July to try to keep it going here.

Mine grew really tall and the bottom has no lettuce! I had to harvest before we went on vacation. Came back it was tall.
