Good video! I personally use the selective side cutting method on my lettuce that I grow in the basement in 1020 flats. I select leaves that are 3-4 inches long and am able to cut lettuce weekly for about 2.5 months after an initial thinning and possible transplanting.

What do you do once your lettuces, bolted?Is it still salvageable or no? First garden didnt know anything bolting and all that til 2 days ago

My parsley has "bolted" i guess. It's flowering. Can I cut it back down again to produce as it did?
