This is very useful, THANK YOU! I have one question: what would be the steps if I wanted to create the word doc containing all the names in one doc? With these set of instructions i would have multiple reports, one for each kid, but how to have one report with all the info summarized into one?

I followed the steps and merged the excel sheet to the word document. But when I insert the merge fields it inputs the heading instead of the student name. what should I do?
