💪🏼 7 tips to help you feel good and definitely feel a lot better.

Faith and mental health affects our physical health and vice versa.

1. Worship God - shifts our priority in place and not dwell in our problems.
2. Be Thankful - everyday focus on one thing you are grateful in and what God provided already.
3. Release our worries to God who promises to take care of it.
4. Praying for others shifts our focus that we are not alone.
5. Talking it out to trusting friend on any topics builds relationships and receive support and encouragement from them.
6. Blessing others through random acts of kindness fuels our soul of our purpose to receive boomerang joy in helping others when we see how they are blessed, we too become blessed.
7. Any form of exercise even if it’s 5 mins and we are moving our bodies helps with blood flow, limbers up our muscles, and helps release endorphins to give us good energy.
