7 Tips To Beat Exam Anxiety:
(1.) Get at least 6 hours of sleep. Be rested.
(2.) Have a balanced diet: Breakfast high in fiber and carbohydrates for energy retention.
(3.) Have confidence and set up a healthy expectation of how the test will go. (confidence boost).
(4.) Imagine yourself in a happy place, then in the exam room.
(5.) Before going in, think of questions you know the answers to that would be on the exam. (confidence boost).
(6.) Familiarize yourself with the exam room before the test day.
(7.) Write down your insecurities on paper, then a rebuttle to those ideas. (Confidence boost).

I feel more nervous studying for my exams that doing the exam. it’s like the night before
“oh god what if i’m not doing enough@
and then in the test:
“honestly if i fail idrk i deserve it”

I feel so horrible bc I have so much anxiety normally, and school gives me even more anxiety, and tests even more, and I have a terrible fear of failure so I just give up beforehand so that I'm not disappointed with my test results and I want to study and do well in school but I just feel way too stressed to do it. Sigh, like my life doesn't suck enough

Take a deep breath out & relax.
You'll be fine. The world goes on. Your life isn't over.
Remember getting things wrong tells you the things you did well at and the things you struggled with, it is crucial to your leaning, if you got 100% was it actually challenging you?

I always get panic attacks the day before exam, sometimes, i get really sick that, I've to go to hospital, but my teacher thinks that I'm just acting to skip exam.
Who can relate to this.
