Woohoo, you are an excellent English teacher, actually the majority of English institute in Latin countries only teach grammar, their methods are behind ahead, now that I began to get this language properly, I understood it all, in my humble opinion the English institutes from Latin America must start to teach how to speak and listen before teaching grammars such as like children learn their own languages.
