Tsumugi was sitting in a chair waving at the survivors (Shuichi, Maki, Himiko and K1-B0) of the Ultimate Academy's killing game. Suddenly the rocket that where in Kaito's execution shot out of the ground and trapped her inside it and started off into space and crashed down into Gonta execution chamber. When Tsumugi came out the wasps came flying towards her and stung her. She was then draged by a red rope into Korekiyo's execution chamber where she was dropped into the boiling water. Tsumugi could free herself when a thorny vine dropped from the ceiling and she climbed up into Kirumi's execution Chamber. When she reached the ceiling the vine snapped and she fell on the Piano from Kaede's execution. The chain snapped around her neck and pulled her up. Tsumugi could see mannequins that resemble the victims and culprits. Then she was dragged on the Piano like Kaede and Tsumugi became dizzy while being stone by the mannequins. When the song finished, Tsumugi looked up with a smile and gave them all the peace symbol before she was crushed by the piano cover killing her instantly.
